Continuation of a Captivating Adventure Mercy’s Trial is riveting, full of adventure, and heart-warming. Augum, Leera, and Bridget face their most daunting task yet: attempting to get into Ley to summon a dragon. There are so many questions about how and if, and the only spoiler I will give is that you will not be able to put this book down! I read the whole thing in two days, enthralled by every word. I have been waiting for this book all year, and it did not disappoint in any way. Book 3 was everything I wanted to read and more (although I only wish it were longer).The trio gets more loveable and charming throughout this book, which I did not think possible. You get to see into each character’s mind a little bit more, and even into the mind of the enemy. The way Sever deeply makes you think about what is good and evil is wonderful. The protagonists go through so many challenges and face so many obstacles, yet they still handle every situation with grace and the utmost resolve.In summary, I love the world of Sithesia and all of its complexities. I highly recommend reading this book, and if you haven’t read the rest of the series, read them all! Sever Bronny is a fantastic writer and storyteller, one of my all-time favorite authors. Months after finishing the other books, I continue to think about the story, characters, and the lessons they tell. I even named my car after Atrius Arinthian!Absolutely Fantastic!!! It was an amazing addition to this series. This book has suspense riddled throughout the entire story. It never had a low moment, and overall was one of the best books I have ever read. It brought back many of the characters that we got to know in "The Arinthian Line" all of which were showcased in a unique way suited to the skills that they had dipped into in the previous books. This is a must read!Good book. Good book. Liked it. Long though but worth the time. Looking forward to book 4.
