This appears to be a self-published book as I don't think many respected publishers would consider it a book. It is the smallest paper back book I've ever bought. Measuring all of 5x7.5 inches, the sum total of all chapters consist of 60 pages. I felt cheated for having spent $20 on it. I didn't learn anything new. If you haven't done any research online, perhaps it could start you on your journey of understanding MS.Great read! Dr. Mitzi provides valuable information about MS. Its easy to read and understandable! I have a better understanding of MS.
